Good to know before you go

• Age guide: Open Jump is suitable for ages 4+, and the minimum age to enter the park unattended is 12 years old
• Waiver: Everyone who jumps or climbs must complete a waiver, and under 18s must have this completed by a parent or legal guardian
• Supervision: Children under 12 must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult
• Grip socks: AirHop grip socks are compulsory and must be worn during your session
• Arrival time: Jumpers should arrive 30 minutes early for check-in and the safety briefing
• Restrictions: General admission has a maximum weight limit of 136kg / 21.5 stone, with some activities also having their own height or weight limits
• Slough parking: Slough offers 4 hours of free parking, but your vehicle registration must be validated on site to avoid a penalty charge
• Lockers: Most parks offer lockers or storage areas, though availability can vary by location
