You have the right to cancel your membership and or gifts during the benefit promotional window.
To cancel your membership, you should contact your HR department before the benefit campaign closes. Your HR department will contact Kidspass and your selections will be removed from the final list of required memberships and gifts.
All changes should be made during the selection window.
You are unable to make any changes once the selection windows has closed.
Refunds cannot be processed after the selection window has closed.
