By car: The park is accessible from M4 Junction 11 via the A33 or M3 Junction 5 via the B3349. Wellington Country Park advises using Odiham Road, Riseley or B3349 in your sat nav rather than relying on the postcode alone.

By train: There is no railway station directly at the park, so families travelling by train will need to arrange a taxi or other onward transport for the final part of the journey.

Book ahead: Daily ticket numbers are limited and entry may not be available without advance booking. Tickets also have allocated arrival times.

Weather: Much of the park is outdoors, so bring suitable clothing and footwear for an October day out.
