At Honest we make our food from scratch. From chips, to pickles, sauces and relishes. We’ve even got our own butchers, so our burgers are homemade too. We think this is the best way, because it means we know what goes in and what goes out, with no nasties in between.
Our beef comes from small farms in the Scottish Highlands, the cows live outside and eat grass. We chop it (instead of mincing)because it helps keep the flavour in and the texture natural. Our chips are made in house every day and never ever see a freezer. It’s not the easiest way of doing things but it means our food stays Honest.
