What age do children need to be for Open Jump at Gravity Active? +
Children can usually take part from 18 months old. Children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult during the activity, and children aged 12 and under must be accompanied in the venue by someone aged 16 or over.
How early should we arrive for Gravity Active? +
It’s best to arrive around 30 minutes before your session to allow time for check-in, safety agreements, the safety video and warm-up.
Can we wear socks from another trampoline park? +
No, Gravity safety socks must be worn. If you already have Gravity socks, you can bring them with you as long as they’re still in good condition.
Are there any medical restrictions at Gravity Active? +
Yes, some activities have medical restrictions. Guests with certain conditions, including recent surgery, fractures, heart conditions, high blood pressure or pregnancy, may not be able to take part in some attractions.
