This is also our main trading address. Our VAT number is 08924065.

2. Your Status

2.1

By placing an order or redeeming a code for membership through our site or App, you warrant that:

• 2.1.1 You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old;
• 2.1.2 You will be financially responsible for all of your use of and through our site as well as for use of your account by others including but without limitation minors (under 18 years old) living with you, who you will supervise in their use of our site under your name or account;
• 2.1.3 All information supplied by you or members of your household in using this website is true and accurate; and
• 2.1.4 You shall be completely responsible for all charges arising out of the use of our site including without limitation the costs of products or services provided by suppliers with whom you contract via our site.

4. Free Memberships

• (a) Your membership will commence when you redeem your code...
• (b) You will receive a free membership period...
• (c) Your membership will expire on the expiry date...
• (d) On expiry, we will disable your login details...

5. Conditions of Use

Your Kids Pass membership is subject to the following conditions:

1. You must not share your Members Club username or password.
2. You must have a mobile device to use the digital membership.
3. You must not reproduce your membership card.
4. Do not use the "Kids Pass" trademark or anything similar without consent.
5. Do not combine our trademark with third-party branding.
6. Do not share redemption codes publicly.
7. All printed materials using our name or card must be approved.
8. Designs must not be used without prior approval.
9. Do not supply your membership card for use in purchasing goods or hiring.

Failure to comply may result in:

• (i) Immediate cancellation
• (ii) Suspension with a 14-day remedy period

6. Our Partners and Use of Your Membership Card

• 6.1 Partner details are listed on our site.
• 6.2 Access offers in the Members Area; follow offer redemption instructions.
• 6.3 Check expiry dates—expired cards are not valid.
• 6.4 Membership cards are non-transferable.
• 6.5 We may change partner offers at any time.
• 6.6 Members benefit from any new offers added.
• 6.7 Printed materials are subject to change.
• 6.8 Cards must be intact to be valid.
• 6.9 Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
• 6.10 We are not liable for partners who refuse to honor offers.

7. Our Liability

• 7.1 Liability limited to membership fees, subject to clause 7.3.
• 7.2 No liability for:
  • Income or revenue loss
  • Business loss
  • Profit loss

  • Personal injury or death by negligence
  • Fraud
  • Statutory implied terms
• 7.4 We make no promises regarding third-party goods/services.
• 7.5 We are not liable for site unavailability.

These terms do not affect your legal rights.

8. Written Communication

You accept communication will be primarily electronic via email or website notices. This satisfies legal requirements for written communication.

10. General Provisions

• 10.1 No delay or failure to exercise rights is a waiver.
• 10.2 These terms form the entire agreement.

• 10.4 Invalid terms do not affect the remainder of the agreement.
• 10.5 Third parties have no rights under these terms.
• 10.6 We are not liable for breaches caused by force majeure events.

11. Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
