One-of-a-kind in Europe, this powered roller coaster twists and turns around the historic Zip World Tower site: what was once the UK’s oldest continually working deep-coal mine, Tower Colliery. Spread over more than 1 kilometre of track, it’s a unique roller coaster that features side-by-side seats (great for kids and families), while also allowing you to control your speed.

A maximum speed of 25 mph feels extremely fast as your kart is sited close to the ground, taking in banked corners and tunnels as it races past the impressive buildings. You get two goes included, allowing you to get a taste for the course on your first run before trying to go even faster the second time around.

Kids from as young as 4 are able to take part alongside an adult or child over 9 (shared tickets are available for kids between 4 and 8 with an adult), and your little one will really enjoy feeling in control as you zoom around the track.

Also available at Zip World Tower is Phoenix, the world’s fastest seated zip line, suitable from age 7, and BIG RED, a mini-zip experience for ages 5 and up.
