Good to know before you go

• Check-in: On arrival, a member of the Haven team will check you in using your car registration, with your accommodation keys ready for you inside.
• Check-out: Accommodation should be vacated by 10am on departure day, although guests can continue using park facilities until 4pm.
• Parking: Parking arrangements vary by accommodation, with some stays offering space beside your accommodation and others using a nearby communal area.
• Activities: Activity bookings open 12 weeks before arrival and can be made through the My Haven Experience app, so it’s worth planning ahead.
• Dogs: Haven welcomes dogs at most parks, with dog-friendly accommodation available at selected locations, but exclusions apply at Riviere Sands and Burnham-on-Sea.
