If your child loves LEGO®, they will adore the LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre based in Manchester. Located at the intu Trafford Centre, this indoor family attraction offers a fun day of entertainment and discovery, all inspired by the famous LEGO® bricks. The centre is aimed at children aged between 3 and 10 years, but children under 2 can enter for free. With a huge variety of exciting rides, a 4D movie experience, building workshops and plenty of indoor fun, LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre offers a unique and interactive day that the whole family can enjoy.
Play Factore, ideally located next to the Intu Trafford Centre, is the UK’s leading family entertainment arena. Hosting the largest play frame in Europe along with other unique attractions including go-karts, laser-tag, exhilarating zip-wire ride and an interactive dance area! Play Factore also boasts an amazing Italian Coffee shop and pizzeria which provides fresh and healthy food!
SEA LIFE Manchester is an entertaining and informative attraction in the Trafford Centre that offers visitors the opportunity to get up close to over 5,000 sea creatures. Also offering interactive experiences, where visitors can touch and learn about sea creatures, watch them feeding and test their knowledge of sea life with a free kids quiz trail. SEA LIFE is a walkthrough attraction that is suitable for families and children of all ages.
Kids Eat Free at the Trafford Centre with a Kids Pass Membership
With great days out near the Trafford Centre including Legoland, Play Factore, Laser Quest, SEALIFE, Odeon cinema and shopping, your little ones are bound to be hungry! Madrenaline Activity Centre in Cheshire offer 7 days a week of none stop fun from Segways, Clayzar, Archery, Sky Bow, Body Zorbing, Sphereing and inflatable fun, for everybody who has a sense of adventure. Let the experts tire the teens out with a full-on two hours packed to the brim with crazy outdoor activities. It’s a bit like a cross between It’s A Knockout and Run the Risk, all aimed at little ones.
Brighten up your Summer wardrobe with a visit to Cheshire Oaks, as well as being the UK’s largest outlet shopping destination there’s also plenty of things to do nearby. Visit the nearby VUE cinema to see this Summer’s family blockbusters: Cars 3, Despicable Me 3, and Spiderman – to name a few!
Looking for a wild, fun family day out? Look no further! Situated near Liverpool, Knowsley Safari Park has an impressive 5-mile wild animal safari drive - the longest in the UK! Currently home to over 750 fascinating animals – you won’t find a more thrilling day out in the North West! Current opening hours are 10:00 – 5:00 pm, with the last safari drive entry at 4.00 pm, so it’s a great place to spend a full day exploring the wonderful wildlife.

Coming to Manchester from 8th July – 23rd July, Jurassic Kingdom Tour is a spectacular outdoor dinosaur experience aimed at family audiences with over 30 impressive installations of animated dinosaurs with electronic moving parts.
This is the first outdoor dinosaur experience of its kind in the UK and a truly entertaining and educational experience for children of all ages.
Children will be in awe of these animatronic dinosaurs as they blend into the paths, ponds, gardens, woodlands and greenery of the parks. Children also have the chance to dig up dinosaur bones in an excavation scene!
