Frequently Asked Questions
Will I have to pay a fee if I cancel my TUI holiday? +
Yes, cancellation charges can apply, and the amount depends on how close you are to your departure date and which airline you’re flying with. In general, the closer you are to travel, the higher the cancellation cost is likely to be. If you cancel 70 days or more before travel, you usually lose your full deposit. From 14 days before travel, the charge can be 100% of the total booking price.
Can I check in online for my TUI flight? +
Yes, if your flight has a TOM or BY flight number, online check-in is available. If you’ve upgraded your seat or chosen a paid seating option, check-in opens 14 days before departure. If not, it usually opens 48 hours before departure.
When does TUI online check-in close? +
Online check-in closes 2 hours before your flight departs.
Are all Marella cruise excursions accessible? +
No, not all excursions are accessible. Some use minibuses, boats, tuk-tuks or land trains, which may not be suitable for wheelchair users or guests with limited mobility.
