Check-out is usually by 10am for all holiday types. At some parks, and subject to availability, you may be able to arrange a late check-out until 12pm or 4pm for an extra charge.
How do I book activities and swimming slots at Away Resorts? +
Activities, including swimming, can usually be booked through the Away Resorts app under What’s On.
Can I book more than one swimming session per day? +
Usually, swimming bookings are limited to one session per day, per family. Some parks do not require pre-booking for swimming, so it’s worth checking with Guest Services when you arrive.
Are there shops on Away Resorts parks? +
Yes, most Away Resorts parks have an on-site shop where you can pick up essentials and food for your stay. Grocery deliveries may also be possible, but they should be arranged for after your check-in time.
Are there EV charging points at Away Resorts? +
