The Story so Far
Air Runner is a supplier of self balancing scooters in the United Kingdom, we were brought together as a team from our love of gadgets. We design our own products and distribute them through a network of online and offline channels. AR are proactive in making sure that our supply chain and business practices meet all requirement standards.

We seek to affiliate ourselves with up and coming products that are innovative and ground-breaking. Our Air Runner scooter is not just fun, but a step in a different direction to which we travel currently. There have been lots of celebrities using this product; Brooklyn Beckham, Chris Brown, Mario Balotelli, Justin Bieber, Jamie Foxx, Tyga.

Certifications
Our products have been through rigorous testing to meet European (CE) and EMC standards so that they may be sold in the UK. So far we have met all electrical standards needed, some of which are; EN 5501-1: 2006+AR: 2001, EN55014-2: 1997+A1: 2001+A2:2008, EN 61000-3-2: 2014, EN 61000-3-3: 2013, FCC CFR 47 PART 15 SUBPART B: 2014, ANSI C63.4-2014. We are also working with BSI to attain ISO 9001 on our products.

Delivery
We use the courier DPD to delivery your order to you free of charge before 12pm the next day, when you order before 4pm. Please leave an email address or a mobile number and our delivery system will forward a message to you on the day of delivery and give you an indication of what time your parcel is going to arrive within 15minutes. You have the option to change your delivery day or "leave in some place safe."

Returns
You have 28 days to return your order to us for a full refund, the product must be in the same box, with the same accessories and be in the same condition as purchased.

Distributors
We are working with partners at the moment to sell our products in a number of online and offline stores, due to the busy Christmas period expected for this product our stocks will be limited, but you can purchase from your nearest retailer. We will be issuing a full distributor list in October - so make sure you keep a look out.

Warranty
Your Air Runner scooter is guaranteed for a warranty period of 2-years, this includes; breakage of the board, motor, battery. But doesn't include; general wear and tear, scratching of the external body of the machine, water damage (scooter is splashproof (IP 54), or excessive impacts due to carelessness.
