More About This Offer
Nestled in the heart of Notting Hill, a stone's throw from the bustle of Portobello Road, lies the independent family run Wormwood Restaurant.
The name "Wormwood", or "Artemisia absinthium", is perhaps best known as a key ingredient in spirits including absinthe and vermouth. However, in its native region of North Africa, wormwood is a herbal remedy that would often be used by a certain Algerian mother special to Wormwood Restaurant to alleviate the pains and discomforts of her children. Just as it did during their childhoods, the owners would like to emulate and extend the warm, convalescent nature of wormwood through cuisine and hospitality to the distinguished guests of this establishment.
At Wormwood Notting Hill we believe that food should be fun and inviting! To this end, our menu is inspired by the vibrancy of the Mediterranean tapas culture and the warmth of North African cuisine. Delivered in smaller, sharing portions, all our dishes allow our guests to taste a range of flavours and textures from around the world within the same sitting.
