WhizzFit is a fun friendly community that has been bringing out the inner child in everyone since 2013.  With the emphasis firmly on fun first and then getting fit, everyone can join in and improve their fitness.

Headed up by Angus Effemey and his team of fitness experts, WhizzFit has designed a number of variations of the popular Dodgeball game to suit people of all ages and fitness abilities to guarantee that everyone can join in the fun.

Never played dodgeball before? Don’t worry, our umpires are very inclusive and will show you the rules of each game. Even if you haven’t played before it will only take minutes to learn. Unlike some social fitness companies where participation is only suitable for sporty people and the environment is very competitive, we welcome anyone, from a sports background or not. We put less emphasis on winning and more on having fun and socialising with old and new friends.

All the team are DBS* checked and qualified First Aiders for your peace of mind.  So whether you come to one of our classes or we come to you for a party or an event, WhizzFit will ensure that you have a great time in an enjoyable, safe and friendly environment.
