More About This Offer
The Sea Life centre at Great Yarmouth is a perfect family day out, with something for everyone and fully disabled access throughout.
There are over 1500 creatures living at the centre, from penguins and jellyfish to sharks and lobsters, and much more besides. One of the centre's biggest attractions is the amazing new Ocean Display, an underwater tunnel with 'peek-a-boo' domes that let you view the fascinating sea creatures up close and personal - including a variety of different and colourful starfish! There are also plenty of educational talks and feeding times throughout the day - be sure to check what's happening on the day of your arrival.
There's a tropical rock pool where visitors can get hands on with some of the creatures, an underwater tank where you can feel like you're diving with sharks, and Great Yarmouth Sea Life Centre is also home to two African Dwarf Crocodiles - make sure you make time to go and visit them!
The centre also boasts a fantastic cafe offering fresh cooked food daily; hot drinks, snacks and kids eat free deals are available too. There's a wonderful gift shop for some fishy themed treats to take home, and souvenir photos are on offer too.
The centre is open from 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 4pm at the weekends. It's located on the famous Great Yarmouth seafront, so is easy to get to. If you're travelling by car, take the A47 from Norwich to Great Yarmouth then look out for the brown signs that will direct you straight to the centre. There's plenty of pay & display parking on Marine parade and the car parks on the seafront.
If you're going by train, get off at Great Yarmouth station and follow the signs to the seafront - the Sea Life Centre is next to Wellington Pier.
