Kids Pass Auto Renewal Memberships
Kids Pass will honour a price for life guarantee on of its annual on-going memberships.
Members can enjoy our benefits at the same price they originally paid for the pass each year, meaning there’s no nasty surprises when it comes to renewal time.
Memberships will auto renew on the same date each year. If you have a physical card, we will ensure this is delivered on your renewal date each year meaning members are never without their pass!
Our annual members can cancel the membership at any time during the cancellation period.
£1 trial memberships
From time to time we offer £1 trial memberships. The trial period can vary between 30-90 days depending on the promotion.
After the trial period the membership will auto renew onto a 12month membership at a discounted rate. The yearly rate will be advertised at the time of registration both clearly on the terms and conditions.
The membership can be cancelled at any time during the trial period.
Members can find the end date of their trial by logging into the members’ area www.kidspass.co.uk/members/account or by checking expiry date on their membership card.
It is important that members cancel within their membership if they do not wish to be charged the yearly fee. Kids Pass incur an annual cost for each member to use its services regardless or not if they use the membership.
Our monthly memberships will auto renew on the same date each month. The expiry date on the membership card will increase by one calendar month when payment is received.
Members can check the date of the monthly payment by checking the date on the expiry card.
Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time, there is no contract or cancellation fee.
The membership can be cancelled at any time, online in the members’ area, by calling our membership team on 01612448225 or by writing to us at, York House, Vicarage Lane, Bowdon, WA14 3BA.
Upon cancellation members will receive a cancellation email to confirm no further payments will be taken.
If customers cancel via telephone, they will receive a unique cancellation reference number in addition to the confirmation email.
All telephone calls are recorded for added peace of mind.
If customers choose to cancel in writing, we will acknowledge receipt of the letter via email. This will be followed by a confirmation email to confirm that no further payments will be taken.
