Widnes Tennis Academy is a friendly and sociable club that aims to provide tennis at every level and for players of all ages.  Our aim:  Simply to make it possible for anyone who wants to play and enjoy tennis.
Situated in secluded secure grounds with a friendly atmosphere, the facility has 6 outdoor tennis courts and 3 indoor tennis courts, allowing activity for both sporting and social events all year round.  The spacious clubhouse has changing facilities, a bar, catering facilities and offers a superb view of the indoor courts.
The Lane Tennis Club plays in the Warrington Tennis league with a number of teams competing in Mens, Ladies, Mixed and Junior leagues, with the club having a very successful 2014 season, boasting an impressive 9 titles and a further 3 promotions. We also have a thriving junior side with many of our regulary competing juniors having success on county and regional leaderboards. 
Regular coaching sessions are held throughout the year for juniors and adults and dedicated professional tennis coaches are always available for individual tuition. Tennis equipment is available with expert advice for the requirements of the individual and a stringing service is also available.
A full and varied programme of social events takes place all through the year and a well-established team of professional staff ensures that the Club and grounds are kept to a superb standard.
