Beginners are welcome to join one of our group coaching sessions to have fun with others.
St John’s URC Tennis Club is a medium sized club with currently around 130 members including juniors. It is located in North East Ipswich and has three all-weather tarmacadam courts, two of which are floodlit.
The club enters teams in the summer and winter leagues in the Ipswich and East Suffolk area.
As well as many social tennis sessions per week there are regular other events including tennis drives (often followed by lunch or dinner), whist drives, walks and pub lunches, and a quiz.
The Junior section provides coaching most days of the week.
