We are a sports coaching company that offers school sport: Physical Education (P.E); Breakfast, Lunchtime and Afterschool clubs; children's parties; holiday courses; and Academy centres. Developments have seen the primary focus switch from after schools clubs in only football, to delivering the National Curriculum sports such as basketball, cricket, and athletics, in an ever growing number of schools,  on an average week coaching over 2000 children; blanketing Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Northamptonshire. We have an established coaching team, all fully insured; DBS checked; First Aid qualified; and Safeguarding Children accredited. Our coaches are qualified in the wide variety of sports covered by the company, through their National Governing Bodies.

Our holiday courses are very popular and are open to both boys and girls of all abilities from school years reception - year 6.  The main aims of each course are to be enjoyable whilst players improve football skills at their own pace.  We run our holiday courses in each of the school holidays (other than over Christmas) at various venues including St Neots, Higham Ferrers, Bedford and Felmersham.
 
During each course every child who attends will be presented with a certificate and a silver medal.  There will be additional prizes including trophies, gold medals and R&D Coaching clothing, to be won during the courses.  The courses start at 9am and run through to midday for children in Reception/year 1, and to 3pm for children in years 2-6.  We also offer a 25% discount on our holiday courses for two or more family members attending.
